Who are the photographers?
As we are willing to promote Indonesian talents and beauty, we are working in collaboration with talented artists from Indonesia, mostly. If the photographer is not Indonesian, we will select only photographs taken in Indonesian.

Which photo paper are you using?
To ensure the best quality to our product, we are solely printing on Museum quality grade cotton rag paper.
What are the different sizes available?
We have 4 standard sizes, that we call S-M-L and XL. The precise size (in cm) for each item will be indicated before you add your item to the cart.
In our "LookBook" page, you will also find a Size guide that can help you to see how your print will look like.
Do the photos come with mounting ?
No, only our standard Size S is offered with a double acid-free mounting 40x50cm.
The other sizes, M-L-XL, will be shipped rolled in a tube.
Online Order
I'm currently in Bali, is it better to shop online or at the gallery?
If you are in Bali, we recommend you to visit our gallery personnaly. we can also deliver your ordre with the same shipping costs as shopping online, but with extra customized services according to your demand.
How do I order online?
To order online, simply add the item and its size you want and using the "Add to Cart" button. Item that you have added will be kept in the cart. You can change the quantity you would like to order before checking out. Once you are done with adding all the items in the cart, click "Check Out". Follow the payment intructions. Once your payment is completed, your order is on the way.
Can I do bulk order?
All fine art prints are limited edition in 200. We accept any amount of orders, but subject to availability of artwork within the limited edition standard.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for orders of 8 artworks and more.
Can I order frame online?
It is not included in our online shop at the moment.
However, you csn send us a request using our contact form. We will come back to you within 24 hours, with a list of possibility for you to frame your artworks.
What if the print I received is damaged?
To compliment with fine art printing that comes in limited edition, we ensure the best packaging for our product. Our staff is well-trained to ensure that the product is not damaged when you receive them.
However, if you have any problem, please write to us using the contact form that you can find here.
Your satisfcation is our outmost importance, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
I have a promotional coupon, how can I use it?
In your cart, once you have choosen your item and just before checking out, you can enter your coupon number. It will automaticaly recalculate the amount of your order.
I want a print of my photo bigger than what I can order online, what can I do?
Not every photos can be printed in a large size, but you can submit us your request using our Contact Form. We will come back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping
Do you ship within all Indonesia?
We absolutely do. we use either POS INDONESIA services, JNE or TIKI for shipping within Indonesia.
Bulk orders might be delivered using other reputable local shipping expeditions.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do ! We deliver prints in all available sizes in mailing tubes to most international destinations.
At the moment, we deliver with POS INDONESIA, EMS, or other reputable forwarder from Indonesia to :

My country is not in the list when I want to check out, can I still order prints?
It simply means that we haven't register the shipping cost for your country.
You can send us a email using our contact form, and inform us about your location. We will answer you within 24 hours, and find the best solution to deliver artworks to your location.
How long is the shipping to my place/country?
To serve you the best we can, our shipping cost is based on the lowest possible cost with the fastest possible delivery. To most countries, the shipping time is between 7-12 working days for order of 7 items and below, and for bulk or larger shipping, it will take up to 30 working days.
Will I get a tracking number?
To ensure that shipment is not lost, all shipping will be made with at least registered post that provides tracking number.
What is the shipping costs?
For shipping within Indonesia, shipping is at a flat rate of USD 10.
For International shipping, shipping costs will be reflected in your cart before check out. Shipping costs are calculated based on continent as well as specific calculation for certain countries. We aim to deliver as fast as possible with the lowest cost and highest reliability.
For bulk orders more than 7 items is FREE for all destinations worldwide.
Payment
What method of payment do you accept for online shopping?
We use Paypal. The safest way for online transactions.
Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Network. Now Paypal conveniently accepts payment only with credit card without having to login to Paypal.
I am in Indonesia, can do bank transfer?
Absolutely! If you would like to make an order online with bank transfer, please make your order via email to lafotogalerieshop@gmail.com by completing the following form.
We will then email you an invoice in Indonesian Rupiah for payment. Once your payment is received we will proceed with your order.

The prices are in dollar but it's not my currency, how can I know how much it will cost me?
We just accept payment in dollars at the moment.
